Why is Shashap support team not responding to messages.
My friend purchased a Shashap card and funded it but when he tried running Ads it wasn't working and he texted your Support team and they started talking then stopped saying they'll get back to him and he hasn't used the card or the money.
He even told me he wanted to post about it but I said no I have been using Noupia for over 5 years I think it might be an error.
But it's been over 2 months with no response from your Shashap team.
What's going on?
