Je suis extrêmement déçu par l'expérience que j'ai vécue avec votre plateforme Noupia. Après avoir effectué un dépôt pour un paiement en ligne, j'ai perdu accès à la plateforme pendant 3 jours sans aucune explication ni support de votre part.
J'ai essayé de contacter votre service client via les réseaux sociaux, mais mes messages sont restés sans réponse. J'ai dû trouver la solution seul en supprimant et en réinstallant l'application, ce qui est inacceptable.
Je comprends que des problèmes techniques peuvent survenir, mais le manque de communication et de support de votre part est inexcusable. À ce rythme, vous allez perdre beaucoup de clients qui chercheront des alternatives plus fiables et plus transparentes.
